Courses within the social acumen module are specifically focused on character development and supporting the students through the process of managing/developing their lives and careers. The hope is that students will leave Quest as more confident, resilient and capable young adults, with a sense of purpose and direction. The social acumen also enables students to unlock their leadership potential, including communication and public speaking.

In the Interests & Skills course, students engage in self-analysis to identify areas to pursue in their work and leisure time, considering their journal entries and previous experiences. They also identify skills they wish to develop further and create plans for their development.
Throughout the program, students are encouraged to reflect on and consider their values through journaling and discussion sessions. At the end of the course, they compile a list of their five key values.

CV writing and interview skills may also be addressed.
In this course, students receive assistance in writing their curriculum vitae (CV) and learn interview techniques. They also outline their short, medium, and long-term goals, aligning them with their personality preferences, interests, values, abilities, and skills.
The Entertainment aspect of the course involves students organising and providing entertainment for others. They take responsibility for all aspects of the event, including theme selection, beverages, catering, and potentially producing short comedy DVDs and other projects.
The Hospitality & Catering course teaches students a variety of cooking techniques applicable to real-life situations in a top hotel. It covers the fundamental concepts of hospitality, decision-making processes, and implementation.
The Communication course helps students explore their preferred communication style, identify communication blocks, and develop strategies to enhance communication.
