The Quest experience
Quest Africa was founded to bridge the gap between traditional education and young adulthood, addressing the lack of practical skills, life skills, and character development — focusing on grit, resilience and a can-do attitude.
The programme offers school leavers an alternative path, emphasizing personal growth over immediate career or university pursuits. Inspired by Aristotle’s open-air academy, Quest fosters character development through experiential learning, building confidence and an entrepreneurial mindset.
With a transformative, holistic approach, Quest challenges students mentally and physically, guiding them through self‑discovery and helping them explore their individuality and passions.
